Was reading some commentary on Revelation 7:4-8, the 144,000 Jews (12,000 from each of the 12 tribes) that are sealed for service to God, to witness to fellow Jews and the whole world.  Interestingly the tribe of Dan is missing.  Usually in lists where the Levites are missing (because the weren't given a land grant) then Joseph's two sons are listed since he has a double portion. ...
